Holiroots has a clear mission: We want to bring vegetables back to where they belong – right into your daily life. Accessible, uncomplicated, and truly delicious. Because we know the feeling: We all want to eat more vegetables, but often lack the time, inspiration, or simply the desire. So we asked ourselves: What if vegetables were also a snack you actually look forward to?
That’s why we developed the Holiroots Organic Vegetable Crackers: colorful, crunchy organic snacks made from over 30% fresh vegetables, with Nutri-Score A, rich in fiber, plant-based, without artificial additives – and full of real flavor.

shape, surplus, or production sidestreams.
Food rescue that is sensible, necessary, and economically fair.
We firmly believe: A better food system can only be created together with farmers,
manufacturers, retailers, politicians, and us consumers.

Our supply chain is deliberately kept short:
Our vegetables come from Belgium, and our production is also there – regional, efficient, and resource-saving. And yes: We work every day to make our production as zero waste as possible.
For more appreciation of vegetables & resources
We integrate rejected and sidestream vegetables into our products – together against food waste. Organic farming protects soil, water, and biodiversity and has a smaller ecological footprint. And importantly: The rescued vegetables receive a fair value from us. Sustainability only works if all stakeholders remain economically healthy.
